General Purpose The Office Customer Service Associate provides customer-friendly service to our valuable customers by delivering excellent, prompt, professional service to Adams' customers, managers, vendors and employees.

Office Manager Job Description Ensure that customers receive the best customer service by providing friendly, polite, and knowledgeable service Greet customers personally and thank them appreciatively for shopping at Adams Answer phones Sort and distribute incoming mail Post outgoing mail Process store transfers Audit & setup registers Count cash & log daily receipts Prepare and make bank deposits Ensure all office equipment:
fax, mail machine and copier are all in good working order Know the register to help if there's a problem If assigned, count the safe every day and make sure it proves If assigned, training If assigned, data entry If assigned, handles deliveries If assigned, work in other departments Physical Requirements Bend, squat and stand Use fingers for data entry Consistently lift up to 25 lbs.
Sit or stand for long periods of time Can see and hear Good verbal communication skills Maintain an organized, clean work space Mental/Reasoning Requirements Read & write Computer Skills:
